Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is currently available in the United States for online purchases. International shipping not yet available. I understand that once you have made your purchase selections -- you want these items at your doorstep as soon as possible!  Processing  time for most orders is as short as three business days. Shipping is available through USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail or UPS (for larger orders).  All items will be packaged carefully to ensure that they arrive in good condition at your home or place of business.  

Privacy & Security

We will not release customer information of any kind to a third party, ever.Participation in Company Newsletter is optional, and may be terminated at any time.  To remove your name from our newsletter list - just send us an email. 

Returns & Replacements

Product returns are permitted if products are in new, unused, re-salable condition.  To avoid returns of large orders, please request a sample first to make sure the fragrance/formula is satisfactory to you.   There is a small handling fee to send out samples.Custom orders are not returnable.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order - please do so same day before Noon, Mountain Standard Time.
